The 12 Days of Fitmas | Intro and Workout 1

Here’s a Tabata style invert training workout using a powerband that is sure to burn and shred those holiday calories.

One Round consists of:

8 Exercises performed 20 seconds each with maximum effort with 10 seconds of rest in between each exercise.

Repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
Rest up to one minute between each round.

Here are the 8 exercises:

  1. Band Squat Jump
  2. Band Push-Ups
  3. Band Bicep Curls
  4. Band Overhead Sumo Squats
  5. Band Plank Jacks
  6. Band Upright Rows
  7. Band Lateral Raise with Lateral Lunge (repeat on both sides)
  8. Band Push Press
