The 12 Days of Fitmas | Day 10 - Roll in with the Tire Workout
Roll into the holidays with this total-body tire workout.
One Round consists of:
Six exercises performed with good form, speed, and power for six reps each performed with as little rest as needed between each exercise.
Repeat for up to five rounds. Rest up to two minutes between rounds.
Here are the 6 exercises:
- Tire Flip and Forward Jump
- T-Push Ups (6 on each side)
- Lateral Hop In, Out, and Over
- Up Down Plank (6 on left, 6 on right)
- Tire Taps (6 to the left, 6 to the right
- Tire Dips
