It’s crunch time leading right into the holiday season. Get ready for the big day with this medicine ball core workout that combines power, strength, and stability!
One Round consists of:
Six exercises performed with good form, speed, and power for eight reps each performed with as little rest as needed between each exercise.
Repeat for up to five rounds. Rest up to two minutes between rounds.
