The 12 Days of Fitmas | Day 12 - Ring in the Kettlebells

Ring in the holiday with this dynamic, cardio blasting kettlebell workout!

One Round consists of: 

Five exercises performed with good form, speed, and power for twelve reps each performed with as little rest as needed between each exercise.

Repeat for up to four rounds. Rest up to two minutes between rounds.  

Here are the 5 exercises:

  1. Kettlebell Single-Arm Alternating Swing
  2. Kettlebell Single-Arm Clean to Press
  3. Kettlebell Sumo Squat to High Row
  4. Kettlebell Single-Arm Snatch
  5. Kettlebell Swing
