The 12 Days of Fitmas | Day 5 - The Towel Off Workout

Grab a towel and get ready to break a sweat with this bodyweight towel workout!

One round consists of:

Six different exercises performed with control and good form for 6 reps each. 

Repeat for six rounds total with minimal rest in between rounds. 

The 6 exercises are the following:

1 Towel lateral lunge (left and right)

2 Towel knee tuck push up

3 Towel push up lateral reach (left and right)

4 Towel back lunge (left and right)

5 Towel plank with a single leg knee into abduction

(left and right)

6 Towel pike
