The 12 Days of Fitmas | Day 6 - The Cardio and Strength No Equipment Circuit

Take this cardio and strength circuit anywhere. No equipment needed!

One round consists of:

Twelve different exercises performed for fifteen seconds each with maximum effort and good form followed by fifteen seconds of rest. 

Repeat for five rounds total with one-minute rest in between rounds. 

1 Jump squat

2 Single leg squat (left and right)

3 Skaters

4 Alternating Lateral Lunges 

5 Sagittal Jumping Jacks 

6 "T" Push-Ups

7 Tuck Jumps

8 Lateral Push Up Planks

9 Plyo lunges

10 Alternating Superman

11 High knees 

12 Reverse bridge
