The 12 Days of Fitmas | Day 8 - The "Jump Jump" Jump Rope Workout

Grab a jump rope or just follow along without the rope doing just the footwork! This high-intensity interval is sure to burn your calves and holiday calories!

One round consists of the following:

Six different footwork drills performed for 30 seconds each for a total of three minutes. 

Repeat up to six rounds. Rest 2-3 minutes between each round. 

The jump rope drills are as follows:

  1. Pogo Jump
  2. Jacks
  3. Scissors
  4. Single-Leg Hop (15 seconds left leg, 15 seconds right leg)
  5. Slalom Hop
  6. Run in Place
