The 12 Days of Fitmas | Day 9 - Leaps and Bounds

 This workout is all about taking leaps and bounds! 

One round consists of the following:

Five exercises performed with maximum effort, speed, and good form. Each exercise is performed for a distance of 20 yards! 

Repeat up to 5 rounds. Rest 3 minutes between each round. 

The exercises are as follows:

  1. Power Skipping
  2. Bounding 
  3. Broad Jump
  4. Burpee Broad Jump
  5. Single-Leg Broad Jump (left leg and right leg)
